If, for whatever reason, your items were not to satisfaction, we will happily work with you to find the right size, style, merchandise credit, or refund all together, so long as you meet our return standards.
You have 2 weeks, (14 days) from date of delivery to make your return.
All items must be in their original packaging with all original tags.
If they appear to have been worn, damaged, soiled or washed, they will be returned to the sender at the purchaser’s expense.
Any body products found on any item will be deemed damaged and returned to sender at purchaser’s expense. This includes, and is not limited to perfume, body cream, deodorant, sweat, oil(s), and or any other product.
Hosiery is not eligible for return.
If you received a gift from someone (lucky you!) your items can be exchanged for merchandise or store credit.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
